I hadn't added that part of code although it's a good idea. I think I even wrote the code to be able to accept it but didn't code it. Feel free to dive into the code and have a look. Failing that you can use the BCC: header and put the address in the additional headers box in settiings. That way it will send the email to the user but also the same email to that email address as a bcc. Not ideal I know but a start maybe? If you wanted something quick then edit the code to send another notifiction to a fixed address. Should be simple enough.
