Hi Faydra. There is nothing in there that looks like it might conflict except wp-email so will look into that for you. Does the copy change ok or is it just the from address that doesn't change?

If you want to email me on barton.sean@gmail.com then we can hopefully get you sorted out.

thanks

Hi Sean,

I did what you suggested, but it still isn't working. I deleted the plugin & then reinstalled it, just to see if that would solve the problem. Any other suggestions? I'm getting frustrated, as I don't want wordpress in the sender's name. *sigh*

Hi Faydra, Very odd it isn't working. However, try adding 'From: you@email.com' in the additional headers box. That might work?

thanks

Hi Alois, great stuff. It's a really nice library isn't it. Regarding the characters.What is it sending instead of those you mentioned. I think you have the right idea with the special character encoding. Use € instead?

Let me know
thanks

Hi.
Thank you for your help. I just changed the encoding of my data before packing them and now it works fine!
Here it is the changed function (if anybody needs it):

function cell($value) {
 $value=utf8_decode($value);
 if (is_numeric($value)) {
	... etc ...
 }

 $this->xls_string .= $value;

 $this->col++;
	}

Hi there. Glad you are finding it useful. I used to work a lot with UTF8. We used to have to put utf8_decode() on a load of the outputs for various download and output systems. Maybe that will work?

thanks
