Filling out this form opens a ticket in our Freshdesk system. It's MUCH better than OSTicket which we used to use. If you have an existing ticket with us (pre 23/10/17) then you'll still be able to login and see your ticket info.. new tickets will be dealt with on https://tortoiseit.freshdesk.com
